The Weekend Door Refund Policy (India)
- General Policy : The Weekend Door strives to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your booking, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Cancellation Policy : If the cancellation is made prior to 48 hours from the check-in date, the booking amount will not be refunded but it will be used for future booking. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, the amount will not be refunded or carried forward to the next booking
- Accidental Damage Protection : Any damages caused will be covered by the security deposit taken at the time of booking. The amount will be refunded if no damages were caused.
- Refund Process : To request a refund, please contact us at enquiry@theweekenddoor.com . Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
- Exceptions : No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused days of your rental property reservation. Refunds will not be given for any damage caused by the Guest or their travel party to the Property or its contents.
- State Laws : The Weekend Door complies with all applicable Indian laws regarding refunds. If a Refund Policy is not conspicuously posted, the business must offer a refund for any goods returned within 30 days of purchase.
